Nice write up! I used to live in Tampa. Columbia restaurant is a good recommendation. Iconic. If not there, a cubano sandwich somewhere is a must. Was just remembering the melt-in-your-mouth roast beef sandwiches and dill potato salad at Wright's deli. I hope they're still making them like they used to!
